Stefan has been planning communities for over 40 years -- from providing reports and recommendations to various communities; undertaking research; policy and regulation development; and providing assistance to development applicants, the public, municipal departments and government agencies. Following a 30-year career as a Municipal Planner with the City of Thunder Bay, Stefan started his own business, Northern Planning, in 2010.

Kim has worked with FormStudio for the past 20 years and been responsible for an array of project types including institutional, commercial, recreational, large scale residential and renovations to both public and private clients. Kim is committed to exploring ways in wich emerging technologies apply to the industry.
